Job summary

ParagonCorp in Jakarta is seeking a Digital Creative to develop engaging content and concepts for our brand across digital channels. You will collaborate with art directors, copywriters, production houses, and designers to craft activations, social posts, videos, and infographics.

You should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and up to 2 years of experience in social media creative, with strong writing, editing, and visual design skills. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, DKV, design, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in social media Creative and Creative Digital Activity creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Creative and visual design skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative idea for social media and digital activation plan that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals (Partnerting with DS).
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, production houses, and designers to create original content, such as activation, text posts, images, videos, infographics, etc., for digital marketing campaign, activation, and social media.
• Create creative guideline for Social Media Management Team to sharpen the editorial plan conctent.
• Brief creative content idea to content creator, design, creative, and production house team (internal and external).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and best practices (visual, angle, and creative ideas).
