A leading digital marketing firm in Indonesia is seeking a Digital Ads Specialist to manage digital campaigns and optimize lead generation. Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, be proficient in various ad management tools, and possess excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. We are looking for a data-driven and proactive individual with hands‑on experience in digital advertising and campaign management to join our team as a Digital Ads Specialist at Shieldtag. In this role, you will manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize lead generation funnels, and collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure impactful results.

Education — Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience — Minimum 3–4 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or CRM management; B2B or SaaS experience preferred.
Technical Skills — Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
CRM Knowledge — Experience with WhatsApp Business API, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools.
Analytical Ability — Strong understanding of campaign data, optimization logic, and reporting metrics.
Coordination Skills — Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and aligning sales and marketing teams.
Communication — Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Mindset — Detail‑oriented, analytical, proactive, and result‑focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Campaign Execution — Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to ensure efficient budget use and strong lead performance.
Lead Funnel Management — Manage all incoming leads through CRM or WhatsApp, ensuring each inquiry is tagged, followed up, and converted into qualified sales opportunities.
Content Coordination — Work closely with creative and copy teams to deliver high‑performing visuals, ad copies, and landing pages on time.
Data & Reporting — Compile and analyze weekly campaign reports to track CPL, conversion rate, and ROI, turning data into actionable insights.
Tools & Integration — Maintain accurate setup of tracking tools (Pixel, Tag Manager, Analytics, CRM) and troubleshoot integration or data flow issues.
Competitor & Market Tracking — Monitor competitor campaigns to identify trends and new opportunities.
Internal Collaboration — Coordinate with marketing, sales, and agency teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow‑up.
Continuous Optimization — Propose and execute A/B tests and strategic improvements to reduce CPL and increase qualified lead volume.
