Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Jawa Barat, Indonesia, is looking for a candidate to oversee the Dies & Mold maintenance system. Responsibilities include managing the preventive maintenance team, scheduling and executing periodic checks to ensure smooth operations, and coordinating Kaizen and safety activities in compliance with ISO standards. Candidates should have experience in Dies & Mold maintenance and knowledge of relevant quality policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dies & Mold maintenance.
• Knowledge of EMS, OHSAS, and Quality policies as per ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dies & Mold maintenance and improvement system.
• Lead preventive maintenance team to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Schedule and conduct periodic checks without delays.
• Manage internal maintenance department action plan.
• Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, Safety, and Environment activities.

Responsible for the preventive maintenance team to follow the company policy, rules & regulations.

Responsible for support preparation perodic check, periodic check as follow schedule and run smoothly without delay.

Responsible for carrying out the action plan for the internal Dies & Mold Maintenance Department.

Responsible for Kaizen activity, 5S, Safety, Environment activity with the engineer.

Make Kaizen activity, 5S, Safety, and Environment activity.

Implementing the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001.

Requirements:

Responsible for ensuring the preventive maintenance team follows company policy, rules, and regulations.

Responsible for supporting the preparation of periodic checks and ensuring periodic checks follow the schedule and run smoothly without delay.

Responsible for carrying out the action plan for the internal Dies & Mold Maintenance Department.

Responsible for Kaizen activities, 5S, Safety, and Environment activities with the engineer.

Create Kaizen activities, 5S, Safety, and Environment activities.
