Job description

Development manager(Renewable energy sector)

Prepare conceptual studies and outline technical proposal for solar PV, onshore wind, BESS. Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards.

Prepare technical due diligence for potential acquisition or financing of renewable energy projects.

Prepare initial site assessment on land use and land cover utilizing spatial and other supporting data related to technical, environmental and social aspect for several types of projects to provide thematic maps.

Conduct site visit to project sites and discussion with relevant stakeholders.

Analyze project data and prepare reports according to the required deliverables of each Project.

Participation in and supervising various other technical consulting assignments for renewable energy projects both in Indonesia.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers from the parent company, environmental experts, to deliver integrated solutions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams, business development teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project planning and execution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities and reports.

Effectively communicate and present project findings and updates to clients and stakeholders.

Travel extensively to clients.

Requirements:

Full-time undergraduate degree (B.Sci.) or above, majoring in energy, electric power, management and other related majors.

Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in renewable energy technologies and development.

Good technical understanding of renewable energy technologies. Preferably with hands‑on experience on conducting development for Solar PV, Wind Power and/or BESS.

Applicants with experience in project development, resources study, government public relations and other complex industries will be given priority.

Strong verbal and written communication skill. Ability to effectively present project findings and updates to clients and stakeholders.

Fluency in English or Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Willingness to conduct site visits and interact with relevant stakeholders.

Ever Experience in participating in PLN IPP Bid process for PLTS, PLTB and/or BESS and understand all necessary procedures and regulations for this bid.
