0.Work experience with Adakami, Easycash, kredivo, ShopeePinjam, 360kredi/krediONE, KoinWorks, RupiahCepat will be preferred.

Customer Communication & Follow-up
  • Contact delinquent Indonesian clients via phone/SMS to remind repayment, inform of overdue consequences.
  • Identify reasons for delinquency, categorize accounts, and track repayment progress.
Collections Strategy Implementation
  • Develop tailored collection plans based on client profiles; apply legal measures for willful defaulters.
  • Optimize strategies regularly to improve recovery rates.
Relationship Maintenance & Risk Mitigation
  • Preserve client relationships during collections to avoid disputes.
  • Flag high-risk accounts promptly to reduce credit risks.
Data Management
  • Record collection data, analyze metrics (e.g., delinquency rates), and generate reports to support process optimization.
Compliance Adherence
  • Abide by Indonesian regulations and company policies; participate in training to ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications

Experience

6+ months telemarketing experience; preference for candidates from call centers, fintech, credit cards, or insurance industries.

Skills

Ability to work under high‑pressure sales environments.
