Job summary

A prominent financial service company in Jakarta is seeking Desk Collection and Credit Analyst staff. The ideal candidates should have experience in banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily collection calls for unpaid installments.
  • Handle inbound calls and live chat for customer inquiries.
  • Examine borrower documentation for accuracy.

Job description
Desk Collection, Customer Service, Credit Analyst

Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

At least 6 months of working experience as a Desk Collection in banking, financial institutions, or P2P Lending (is a plus).

Strong skills in communication, collection, negotiation, and customer data management.

Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating payment schemes and methods.

Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

Possession of an AFPI Desk Collection Certification is a strong advantage / preferred qualification.

Job Responsibilities
  • Call customers before due dates as a payment reminder.
  • Conduct daily collection calls for unpaid installments.
  • Maximize collection effectiveness by obtaining payment commitments.
  • Assist customers with payment services and provide explanations regarding financial services.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to collection activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and customer data.
Customer Service
  • Handle inbound calls and live chat (complaints, inquiries, and other requests) with prompt and accurate responses.
  • Handle and gather confidential customer information according to data protection policies.
  • Prepare daily activity and feedback reports for internal follow-up.
  • Manage dispute resolution processes and assist customers in solving issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
Credit Analyst – P2P Lending
  • Examine prospective borrower documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify that potential borrowers repay loans according to the agreed terms.
  • Prepare reports to support the evaluation of potential borrowers.
  • Decide whether the loan application should be approved or rejected.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Credit Analyst or in a related role (P2P Lending experience is a plus).
  • Strong ability to analyze and verify data accurately.
