Perusahaan keuangan ternama mencari Desk Collection yang berpengalaman untuk mengingatkan pelanggan tentang pembayaran. Kandidat ideal memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat serta minimal 6 bulan pengalaman. Tugas utama termasuk menghubungi pelanggan untuk pengingat pembayaran dan mengelola hubungan dengan baik. Lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan menantang di Jakarta.

Qualifications

  • Pengalaman minimum 6 bulan sebagai Desk Collection di lembaga keuangan.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi Desk Collection AFPI merupakan keuntungan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam layanan pelanggan atau Call Center.

Responsibilities

  • Menghubungi pelanggan sebelum jatuh tempo sebagai pengingat pembayaran.
  • Melakukan panggilan koleksi untuk angsuran yang belum dibayar.
  • Maksimalkan efektivitas koleksi dengan mendapatkan komitmen pembayaran.

Job description
Desk Collection
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 6 months of working experience as a Desk Collection in banking, financial institutions, or P2P Lending (is a plus).
  • Strong skills in communication, collection, negotiation, and customer data management.
  • Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating payment schemes and methods.
  • Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Possession of an AFPI Desk Collection Certification is a strong advantage / preferred qualification.
Job Responsibilities
  • Call customers before due dates as a payment reminder.
  • Conduct daily collection calls for unpaid installments.
  • Contact overdue customers after due dates for payment collection.
  • Maximize collection effectiveness by obtaining payment commitments.
  • Assist customers with payment services and provide explanations regarding financial services.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to collection activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and customer data.
Customer Service
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and live chat (complaints, inquiries, and other requests) with prompt and accurate responses.
  • Handle and gather confidential customer information according to data protection policies.
  • Prepare daily activity and feedback reports for internal follow-up.
    Requirements
    • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role (P2P Lending experience is a plus).
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in computer operation and administration.
    • AFPI Customer Service Certification is preferred.
    • Detail-oriented, patient, and customer-focused, with the ability to work well in a team.
    Credit Analyst – P2P Lending
    Responsibilities
    • Examine prospective borrower documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Verify that potential borrowers repay loans according to the agreed terms.
    • Prepare reports to support the evaluation of potential borrowers.
    • Decide whether the loan application should be approved or rejected.
    • Ensure all procedures comply with relevant regulations.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Credit Analyst or in a related role (P2P Lending experience is a plus).
    • Strong ability to analyze and verify data accurately.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet company targets.
    • Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
