Job summary
Perusahaan keuangan ternama mencari Desk Collection yang berpengalaman untuk mengingatkan pelanggan tentang pembayaran. Kandidat ideal memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat serta minimal 6 bulan pengalaman. Tugas utama termasuk menghubungi pelanggan untuk pengingat pembayaran dan mengelola hubungan dengan baik. Lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan menantang di Jakarta.
Qualifications
- Pengalaman minimum 6 bulan sebagai Desk Collection di lembaga keuangan.
- Memiliki sertifikasi Desk Collection AFPI merupakan keuntungan.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam layanan pelanggan atau Call Center.
Responsibilities
- Menghubungi pelanggan sebelum jatuh tempo sebagai pengingat pembayaran.
- Melakukan panggilan koleksi untuk angsuran yang belum dibayar.
- Maksimalkan efektivitas koleksi dengan mendapatkan komitmen pembayaran.

Education
Senior High School or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree
Desk Collection
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
- At least 6 months of working experience as a Desk Collection in banking, financial institutions, or P2P Lending (is a plus).
- Strong skills in communication, collection, negotiation, and customer data management.
- Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating payment schemes and methods.
- Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Possession of an AFPI Desk Collection Certification is a strong advantage / preferred qualification.
Job Responsibilities
- Call customers before due dates as a payment reminder.
- Conduct daily collection calls for unpaid installments.
- Contact overdue customers after due dates for payment collection.
- Maximize collection effectiveness by obtaining payment commitments.
- Assist customers with payment services and provide explanations regarding financial services.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Perform administrative tasks related to collection activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of documents and customer data.
