Job summary

MANUSA in Bandung is seeking an experienced event designer to craft visual concepts and spatial layouts for offline events, including stages, booths, pop-ups, and visitor flows. You will translate client briefs into mood boards and final artworks, ensuring print-ready specs and on-site feasibility.

The role requires advanced skills in 3D visualization and Adobe Creative Suite, collaboration with creative and project teams, and hands-on supervision of vendors during load-in.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Product Design, or a related creative field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in an Event Organizer, Creative Agency, or exhibition contractor.
• Strong capability in designing macro and micro spatial visual concepts, including exhibition floor plans, stage designs, customized booth installations, pop-up store decors, and all physical visual elements required for offline brand activations.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Excellent communication skills to confidently pitch creative concepts to clients and supervise on-site vendors during the load-in/set-up phase.
• Willing to be place in Bandung.

Responsibilities

• Design visual concepts and spatial layouts for offline events, including stages, exhibition booths, pop-up installations, and visitor floor plans.
• Adapt event branding into large-format print elements (backdrops, signage, wall graphics) and prepare high-resolution, print-ready Final Artworks (FA).
• Create technical construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, dimensions) to guide the production team or contractors on-site.
• Oversee vendors and the build-up (load-in) process on-site to ensure safe construction and that the physical setup perfectly matches the approved 3D design.
• Work closely with creative and project management teams to translate client briefs into compelling mood boards and visual concept presentations.
