GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB SUMMARY

ZODIAC GROUP is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the creative team for its newly established bar in Jalan Senopati.

This role is for someone who understands visual culture, nightlife aesthetics, and modern design language — someone who can translate Zodiac’s brand DNA into strong, consistent, and visually compelling output across all mediums.

The job requires a detail-oriented designer with excellent creative instincts, strong execution skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life with precision and originality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design visual assets for the new Zodiac bar, including posters, menus, digital content, event materials, and in-space visuals
• Execute design concepts into high-quality final artwork across print and digital formats
• Maintain brand consistency across typography, color usage, layout, and visual style
• Work closely with the Creative Team Head, Social Media Manager, and Marketing team to support campaign needs
• Assist in photo/video shoot art direction when needed
• Prepare artwork for production and coordinate with vendors for printing and output
• Support the creation of visual materials for programming, seasonal campaigns, and merchandise
• Stay updated on design trends relevant to nightlife, music, fashion, and culture
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Graphic Designer in lifestyle, nightlife, fashion, music, or hospitality industries
• Strong portfolio showcasing design sense, typography, layout skills, and brand alignment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain aesthetic consistency
• Ability to take direction well while also contributing creative ideas
• Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Culture-conscious, visually driven, and passionate about design and hospitality
• A strong sense of style, creativity, and awareness of contemporary visual trends
