Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Manager experience from a busy hotel.
• Previous people management experience.
• Experience of dealing with budgets, including profit and loss.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Head Housekeeper with all operations of the housekeeping department.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage the housekeeping standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing guest requests effectively.
