Job description

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational g company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a Deputy GM Plant with at least 10 years of experience. The details will be as below :

  • Manages overall factory operations, including the Production department, and sets factory policies.
  • Oversees the entire process of establishing a new factory.
  • Collaborates closely with other departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • Manage HR functions such as recruitment, training, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives in coordination with senior management.
  • Acts as a liaison between HR and other departments.
  • Specializes in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Handles employee relations and welfare programs.
  • Develops and implements training and development initiatives.
  • Manages payroll and compensation processes.
  • Performs general HR and administrative duties.
  • Oversees industrial and social relations matters.
  • Ensures health and safety practices meet business and regulatory standards.


Job Requirements :

  • Male, up to 46 years old
  • Extensive experience in new factory construction and planning within the manufacturing sector, overseeing the entire building process
  • Previous experience in working for manufacturing company is a plus
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian government regulations related to manufacturing and related fields
  • Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Valid driver's license required
