Job description

Responsible for the administration and support of various database system used by the company.

Data entry to our laboratory and medical database system, including the web shop item.

Manage system database including product description, product classification based on EU standard and its QM documentation.

Manage custom clearance documentation/shipping documentation.

Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain required documentations for internal database, existing customers, and custom clearance (such as ISO, Instruction Manual, SDS, DoC, CE certificate, UN Test Report, UN Test Summary, CoO, DoO, CoA, etc.).

Maintain the integrity and performance of the company database.

Ensuring the completeness and up to date database in the system.

Identify user needs and manage database.

Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in biotechnology/medical/science or equivalent.

An English and German proficient candidate, both in oral and written will be prioritized.

Have a good knowledge of technical laboratory and medical equipment and its application in the field.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Required Skill: Ability to operate ERP system or equivalent, Ms Office (advanced level)

Experienced in managing database systems for high-traffic transactional systems.

Great analytical and time management skills

Eye for detail and accuracy

Highly proficient in excel (Advance skill in pivot, Vlook up, If/Count if etc).
