Data Scientist (Gen-AI Focused, 3–5 Years Experience)

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen-AI) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and integrating AI/LLM frameworks into our products and services—helping us improve customer experiences, automate workflows, and explore new AI‑driven opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI/LLM frameworks into existing products for improvement and create new services.
• Build Gen‑AI/LLM‑based workflows that power customer service, analytics, and internal tools.
• Integrate RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines, tool use, multi‑step workflows, and grounding & citation mechanisms.
• Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and local LLM models to design innovative and GDPR‑safe AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to ensure efficient deployment and scalability.

Requirements

Focus: Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, tool use, multi‑step workflows, guardrails, grounding & citations.

Tech: LangGraph/Guidance/LlamaIndex; OpenAI/Anthropic/local models; JSON‑mode/tool calling; function/tool schemas/AWS/AZURE.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Proven experience in Gen‑AI and prompt engineering
• Hands‑on experience with LLM/AI prompting frameworks
• Experience building LLM/ML pipelines or workflows
• Solid understanding of tool/function schemas and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with AI infrastructure in Azure
• Knowledge of SQL
• Basic front‑end development experience
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch
