Job summary

Blue Bird is seeking a Lead for Data Science to drive end-to-end machine learning workflows aligned with business goals. You will oversee data analysis outcomes, guide new ML techniques, and coordinate analytics systems to identify improvements and risks.

You will also evaluate product performance and promote AI adoption to empower informed decisions. The role requires leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data-related roles.
• Strong expertise in data science, data engineering, and data analytics.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data-related roles
• Strong expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with ML frameworks and big data & visualization tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Tableau)
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for solving complex problems
