We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join Data Quality Analyst, based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
  • Execute controls over the data, calculate data quality metrics, resolve data quality issues, and escalate them where necessary;
  • Identify areas for improvement of master data processes on a global level;
  • Lead business requirements discussions with internal partners to implement solutions;
  • Work on process automation using Power Query, Power BI, or other applications;
  • Participate in crafting and creating new process flows, business rules and data quality standards;
  • Participate in data projects as a data specialist, contribute to gathering and defining requirements coordinate user acceptance testing;
  • Execute all change management tasks related to data i.e. new requirements, training, onboarding, communication, coordination of change.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • An agile and resilient candidate able to learn on the fly and adapt to fast changing environment;
  • An independent person with good organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, able to assess business requests' requirements and objective;
  • A fast learner with punctuality, able to work independently, demonstrate patience, and possess excellent communication skills for effectively engaging with stakeholders;
  • A person with a university degree in Finance, Administration, Data Science or IT and at least 1–2 years of relevant business knowledge in Master Data or Data Quality, Finance, Procurement or Lead to Cash area;
  • A candidate with proficient English and communication and interpersonal skills to advise data users and manage end-to-end issues resolution process;
  • Sophisticated Excel skills;
  • Proficient and strong in VBA or Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake Language;
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, ambitious to constantly expand knowledge;
  • Excellent collaboration skill and ability to work in a team to achieve consumers' satisfaction.
