Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage organizational data needs and ensure seamless data flow from multiple sources
• Build, maintain, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely insights
• Oversee data governance, quality, and compliance with data protection and security regulations
• Lead and mentor the data team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering professional growth
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Business, and Engineering teams to maximize the use of data across the company
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability
• Act as a main communicator between business and data team, ensuring visibility and accessibility of data at all levels

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing data team
• 2–5 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc.
• Experience with cloud data warehouse solutions (BigQuery preferred)
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication skills to connect business needs with data-driven solutions
