Job summary

PS Global Consulting is seeking a Data & Integrations Developer to join the Indonesia Data team. You will develop workflows and integrations using Workato and other iPaaS platforms, applying SQL and API skills to build and troubleshoot integrations, and assist on data analytics projects when available.

The role requires 1+ year with Workato or similar iPaaS, 2+ years in a technical consultancy with customer interaction, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year with Workato or other iPaaS solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers as a Technical Consultant.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Databases & SQL Queries and ability to write and troubleshoot queries.
• Strong understanding of APIs and ability to use API documentation to build/test integrations.
• Understanding of basic programming concepts.
• Understanding of JSON structures.
• Understanding of JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Workato and other iPaaS/low-code platforms to build integrations/workflows for customers.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support data integrations/workflows.
• Connect to and consume REST & SOAP APIs to build/troubleshoot integrations.
• Gather and document functional/technical system requirements.
• Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure integrations work.
• Collaborate with internal/Partner/Client Resources.
• Create documentation from workflows, including technical specs, user guides, and test scenarios.
• Resolve issues raised by clients or support teams.

We are seeking a Data & Integrations Developer to join our Data team. You will aid integration consultants in developing workflows & integrations based on customers’ requirements using Workato and other iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) / low-code/no-code platforms, applying strong SQL and API skills to build and troubleshoot integrations, as well as provide aid in any Data Analytics-related project if available.

Job Descriptions:
