Job summary

Cermaticom seeks a data analyst to interpret data, design dashboards, and deliver actionable insights from large datasets in an Indonesian market setting.

You will build robust data querying and visualization pipelines using SQL, Excel, Python, and BI tools, generate regular analytical reports, and present findings to management to drive fact-based decisions and business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Expert in SQL with the ability to write advanced queries; knowledge of Python/R/Java/JavaScript is desirable.
• Ability to disseminate data quickly to identify key trends and dive deep into data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with analytical tools like Jupyter, Python, Hive, BigQuery ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using query and statistical techniques.
• Create robust, reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes using Excel, SQL, BigQuery, Python, R and other big data tools.
• Develop analytical reports and visualize large, complex data sets.
• Present information to drive fact-based decision making.
• Propose and define new business process improvements based on data to drive impact.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
