In Commercial, you’ll help our customers and partners fulfill their needs based on the strategy you create. Your work supports business growth, business planning, and important business decisions that keep our customers coming back to Blibli.

What We’ll Work on Together
  • Analyze large‑scale datasets to uncover trends in market sizing, demographics, and market behavior.
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations (e.g., segment targeting, product/offer positioning, channel optimization).
  • Use SQL to extract, clean, join, and aggregate data from multiple sources (data warehouses, CRM, campaign tools).
  • Develop frameworks, segmentation, and scoring models to evaluate customer potential and market opportunities.
  • Create dashboards and reports that communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Present insights clearly, with narratives tied to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with other teams and business stakeholders to define metrics, hypotheses, and experiment designs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or market analytics, ideally within consumer/business market contexts.
  • Confident with SQL: joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions, performance‑aware queries.
  • Solid experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
  • Experience in FMCG, e‑commerce, fintech, telecom, or retail analytics (plus point).
