AI Rudder Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a detail‑oriented QA/Data Labeling specialist to support evaluation workflows for LLMs across chat, voice, and task-based use cases. You will review outputs for quality, safety, and user experience while maintaining strict annotation guidelines.

You will work with Data, Product, QA and Operations teams in a hybrid setup, organize datasets for training and benchmarking, and help generate reports and dashboards that track quality metrics and project progress.

Formación

• Fluent in English (written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Familiar with AI/ChatGPT/LLM tools and comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Able to follow guidelines consistently, handle repetitive tasks accurately, communicate well, and learn fast.
• Nice to have skills: Data labeling/QA/content moderation, prompt engineering, Python/SQL, Jira/Notion, voice bot/call evaluation, or reporting skills.

• Help organize datasets for training, fine-tuning, and benchmarking.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (WFO + WFA)
