A customer service company in Indonesia is seeking dedicated individuals for customer assistance roles. Candidates should have effective communication skills in English and competency with computers. Responsibilities include guiding customers and ensuring accurate data management. Although previous customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. This role requires commitment to shifts and does not allow for double employment.
We are recruiting individuals who can commit to shifts with work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
You are dedicated, attentive to details, and possess strong communication skills. You are able to adapt quickly and thrive in a team environment. Previous experience in a call center or in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
NOTE: This is not a remote work and you cannot have a double job.
