Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years data entry experience welcome.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule.
• Proficient in basic MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic spoken/written English.

Responsibilities

• Process registrations and data entry accurately.
• Handle registration inquiries and disputes from merchants and stakeholders.
• Monitor communication channels and provide timely responses.
• Maintain and update partner account information.
• Identify and report technical or system issues during data processing.
• Perform administrative tasks, market research, and service quality audits.
• Support community-building initiatives and maintain relationships with merchants and stakeholders.
