Position Overview
The Data Entry Officer will support the property and real estate management team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data across multiple systems. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who enjoys working independently, handling property‑related documentation, and supporting the team in maintaining high‑quality records for property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update property, tenant, and lease data into management systems (e.g., Re‑Leased, Property Tree, Xero, Excel, or other CRM platforms).
- Record lease details including rent reviews, options, renewals, CPI adjustments, and outgoings.
- Maintain databases of property details, asset registers, and maintenance records.
- Upload, file, and catalogue property documents (titles, leases, reports, valuations, etc.) in shared drives or document management systems.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets for rent schedules, arrears, and portfolio summaries.
- Assist in compiling reports for investors, landlords, and internal management.
- Support the accounts and compliance teams with data input for invoices, budgets, and reconciliations.
- Verify accuracy of data and liaise with team members to correct discrepancies.
- Perform other administrative duties as required in support of the property management team.
Key Skills & Attributes
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and cloud‑based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive).
- Experience with property or accounting software (Re‑Leased, Property Tree, Xero, or similar) preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling property and financial information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data entry, administration, or property‑related support role.
- Familiarity with real estate, facilities, or investment management documentation advantageous.
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Property, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Based in Bali
Working Conditions
- Remote work from home with flexible hours.
- Occasional video meetings with the property management and finance teams.
