Job summary

PT GTech Digital Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Data Engineer to build systems for collecting, consolidating, and transforming data from multiple sources for data scientists and analysts.

The role requires 3+ years in data engineering, strong SQL and programming skills (Python/Java), and hands-on experience with Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and cloud AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Impala, Hive, HBase, and Kafka.
• Knowledge in stream processing framework such as Apache Flink.
• Knowledge of using cloud such AWS & Kafka.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Impala, Hive, Hbase, and Kafka.
• Knowledge in stream processing framework such as Apache Flink.
• Knowledge of using cloud such AWS & Kafka
