DayOne Data Centers, a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform, seeks a Security Policy and Operations Lead in Jakarta to develop policies, manage daily security operations, and lead incident response across multiple data centre buildings.

You will oversee access control, monitoring, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with regulations and driving security training and awareness across the cluster.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Security, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CISSP, PSP, or similar is preferred.
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in a data centre or similar high-security environment.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, systems, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in security management software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the needs of multiple data centre buildings.
• Oversee daily security operations across all buildings in the cluster and manage security staff.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate them.
• Manage access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Lead incident response and coordinate breach resolutions.
• Liaise with external security vendors and contractors for service delivery.
• Develop security training programs for staff and promote security awareness.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and prepare security reports.
• Develop and manage the security budget for the data centre cluster.
• Stay current with emerging security technologies and recommend new systems.
