Qualifications

• Experience in Data center, critical facility or heavy industrial build.
• Comfortable working from formal procedures (MOPs/SOPs) on a live, fast-moving deployment program.
• Safety-first mindset and willingness to work on-site full time across our 4 locations.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, this program only works if every discipline stays synchronized.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing, inspection, commissioning, and validation to ensure data center infrastructure operates per design.
• Follow approved SOPs/MOPs and quality standards to ensure consistent delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional deployment with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and project teams.
• Support system integration and readiness for customer acceptance.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and risk controls across the deployment.
• Prepare documentation, test results, and handover packages for governance and transition.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize delays.
