Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Cleaner to perform scheduled cleaning across data-centre areas, including dusting, mopping, waste handling and outdoor landscaping. The role requires safe operation of equipment, adherence to access controls and site procedures.

The candidate should have relevant cleaning or soft-service experience; First Aid/Fire Class D certification is preferred and ongoing refresher training is provided. Opportunities for growth exist within a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Relevant cleaning, janitorial, landscaping or soft-service experience is preferred.
• First Aid and Fire Fighting Class D certification, plus annual in-house refresher training.
• Basic K3, chemical-handling, controlled-environment cleaning or related training is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties in a secure data-centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dusting (furniture, fire extinguishers, door handles, AED and first-aid boxes, spill-kit containers) to the daily schedule.
• Sweep, dry mop, vacuum and toilet clean in offices and corridors per schedule.
• Conduct outdoor cleaning, red-zone cleaning, and monthly façade cleaning per plan.
• Carry out landscaping duties including planting, trimming, and watering of plants and lawns.
• Manage daily waste collection, bin removal, and segregation per site procedures.
• Support pest-control inspections per approved methods and report signs of infestation.
