We are looking for a passionate Data and Budget Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for analyzing marketing performance, managing budgets, and ensuring marketing resources are allocated efficiently to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency within approved parameters.
  • Track spending and prepare regular financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Conduct market and trend research to support data-driven marketing strategies (both offline and digital).
  • Assist in asset and merchandise control by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring accurate tracking from acquisition to disposal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent reporting and compliance with financial standards.
  • Manage and organize databases effectively for review and audit purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or marketing data analysis (preferably in retail fashion).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, formulas, data tools).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
