Job summary

PwC Indonesia Assurance is seeking an Associate to help deliver independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and data-driven insights. You will collaborate with clients to understand governance and risk management processes, applying analytics and data wrangling tools to improve trust and decision making.

You will join a dynamic, fast-paced team, take ownership of deliverables, and grow by applying professional standards and diverse problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM or related field is an advantage.
• Strong data analysis, programming, and data governance experience.
• Experience with SQL, ETL, SSIS for analytics processing.
• Experience with statistical packages (Excel, R, Python, SPSS, SAS) is a plus.
• Ability to articulate business issues and impacts without technical language.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assessments of financial statements and controls.
• Develop data analytics solutions to build trust and monitor risk.
• Work with clients and teams across PwC to deliver value.
• Adapt in fast-paced environment and own deliverables.
• Lead data governance or AI governance initiatives.
