Job 1: Data Analyst – Reporting & Automation

Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Drive efficiency and innovation by designing, optimizing, and automating reporting scripts, data flows, and data models that deliver accurate, scalable insights for decision‑making.
• Partner with regional teams to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data‑related features, ensuring seamless integration with business requirements and operational needs.
• Act as a key problem‑solver by analyzing and resolving issues related to system metadata, data quality, and governance in collaboration with the Data Product and Data Mart teams.
• Establish best practices by documenting, standardizing, and managing BI scripts and data processes, fostering consistency and transparency across the organization.
• Champion data excellence by monitoring and enhancing quality assurance processes, ensuring stakeholders have reliable, timely, and actionable data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Support campaign and experiment analysis, including A/B testing for collection strategies.
