About the role:

• Perform regular analysis on agent productivity metrics
• Develop understanding of the Collection process, to address any related issue
• Conduct in-depth analysis on the Collection portfolio when needed, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Perform monthly inventory planning to ensure Collection capacity is sufficient
• Provide assistance for Collection managers on Collection tools and system support
• Actively participate in Collection system enhancements

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0
• Minimum 2 years' of experience in Collection function, data analysis, lending, or other related fields within Financial Institution
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and/or statistical tools (e.g., SAS)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Conversational ability in English is a must
• Strong and highly motivated with a positive mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
