Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies;
 
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and reports to support sales and marketing initiatives;
 
- Prepare regular business reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations;
 
- Monitor industry developments and provide strategic insights to maintain competitive positioning;
 
- Lead a small team of analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
 
Reports directly to Director and General Manager.
Requirements
- Has 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst Manager, preferably within the manufacturing industry;
 
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics or a related field;
 
- Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and supporting high-level decision-making processes;
 
- Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
 
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights;
 
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
 
- Leadership experience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
 
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, West Jakarta.
