A leading multinational company in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute its data and insights strategy. The ideal candidate will translate complex consumer and market data into actionable insights, lead consumer research, and establish measurement frameworks. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–9 years of experience in analytics or consumer insights are required. The role offers opportunities for career growth into a Directorship.
Develop and execute the company’s data and insights strategy to support business goals.
Translate consumer, market, and performance data into actionable insights that drive decisions across marketing, operations, and R&D.
Lead consumer research projects to understand trends, behaviours, and preferences.
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to apply insights in campaign design, product launches, and customer experience.
Establish measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns, promotions, and media investments.
Provide ROI analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with IT/Digital teams to ensure robust data infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and advanced analytics capabilities.
Present insights to leadership, influencing strategy with evidence-based recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 4–9 years of experience in analytics, consumer insights, or research in F&B, FMCG, QSR, retail, or technology.
Proven expertise in data-driven marketing, predictive modelling, and insights generation.
Strong technical skills with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau).
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data in simple, business-relevant ways.
Experience leading teams or agencies.
Strong strategic mindset with ambition to grow into a Director of Data & Insights role.
