Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥ 3.00 in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Product Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and data modeling; experience with complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms.
• Knowledge of A/B Testing, Statistics, Google Analytics, Data Trackers, and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities with ability to solve complex business problems through data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support analytics initiatives and drive data-informed product decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Perform quantitative analysis on large datasets to generate actionable insights and improve product relevance and customer experience.
• Design and maintain data models, data marts, and views for scalable reporting.
• Acquire, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Identify patterns through exploratory analysis and propose opportunities to improve search relevancy and user engagement.
• Design experiments, define success metrics, and perform A/B testing to evaluate product enhancements.
• Co-own key business metrics and provide regular insights to product teams.

About The Role

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and data modeling , with experience handling complex datasets and reporting structures.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms .
• Knowledge of A/B Testing, Statistics, Google Analytics, Data Trackers, and experimentation methodologies .
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to solve complex business problems through data.
