Job summary

Vidio.com, a Jakarta-based video platform, is seeking an analytics professional focused on subscription data to perform exploratory data analysis on churn, retention, and revenue; design dashboards to monitor KPIs for Business and Product teams; and build and maintain data marts for subscription data.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in CS/IE/Business, 2+ years relevant experience, and strong SQL plus dashboard tooling skills (Metabase/Tableau/Looker).

Qualifications

• Degree required in CS, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
• At least 2+ years of experience in relevant role.
• Experience handling data for subscription business processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis on subscription metrics (churn, retention, revenue, user behavior).
• Design and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs for Business and Product teams.
• Build and maintain data marts for subscription data (dimensional modeling, fact/dimension tables).
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Marketing to translate questions into analytical solutions.

Job Description:

• Perform exploratory data analysis on subscription business metrics (churn, retention, revenue, user behavior, etc.)
• Design and develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and initiative progress for Business and Product teams
• Build and maintain data marts for subscription-related data (dimensional modeling, fact/dimension tables)
• Perform regular and ad hoc report.
• Work closely with Business, Product, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions

Technical Skills:

• Advanced SQL (complex queries, window functions, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Looker)
• Experience in data modeling and building data marts
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift) is a plus
