What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end GA4 implementation, configuration, and governance
- Design clean, scalable event and conversion tracking architectures
- Audit and optimize existing GA4 setups — fixing misfires, duplicates, and logic gaps
- Translate business questions into precise measurement plans and dashboard frameworks
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align tracking with goals
- Lead data validation, QA processes, and integration with BigQuery, Looker Studio, and CDPs
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices across reporting and analysis
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in data analytics, with deep, hands‑on experience in GA4 (not just UA)
- Proven track record in GA4 setup, migration, debugging, and advanced configuration
- Experience in an implementor‑type environment: digital agency, consultancy, or SaaS platform
- Strong understanding of event‑based modeling, audience creation, and funnel analysis
- Proficient in BigQuery, SQL, and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, or CDPs (Segment, RudderStack)
- Fluent in English — for documentation and cross‑team collaboration
- Strategic thinker with leadership potential — ready to guide both people and process
