Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in turning data into insights that drive business performance. Proficiency in Oracle Analytics is essential, along with familiarity in handling finance and operational data. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze finance, operational, and business performance data using Oracle Analytics tools to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business units in decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and generate custom reports to meet evolving business requirements.
• Utilize NetSuite and other systems to extract, manipulate, and interpret business data effectively.
• Continuously improve data processes and recommend optimizations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with finance and operational data is required.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Analytics (Oracle Analytics Cloud, OBIEE, or similar).
• Solid understanding of SQL and data querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools and interactive dashboard development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
