Role Objectives

Discovery Mall Bali is looking for a Daily Worker Event to support the preparation and execution of mall events. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, tenants, and external vendors to deliver engaging and successful events.

Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma (D1–D3) is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience in event support, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Well-groomed with a positive and professional attitude.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of mall events (setup, equipment, logistics, and materials).
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support the Event Coordinator during the event to monitor flow and troubleshoot issues.
• Welcome and assist tenants, performers, or guests during event activities.
• Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready according to mall standards.
• Monitor event schedule and ensure activities are carried out on time.
• Report and escalate any operational issues to the Event Supervisor.
• Provide feedback after each event to support continuous improvement.
