Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Microsoft D365 CRM Architect to design and implement CRM solutions across all project phases. The role demands leadership across Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test, with a focus on delivering high-quality CRM and Power Platform solutions for clients.

You will work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services in a SaaS environment, collaborating with customers, IT staff, and partners to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CRM On-Premise, preferably with hands-on projects within Dynamics Service or Customer Service Modules.
• Deep understanding of large, complex CRM / Power Platform solutions and the business benefits they deliver.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, first‑party applications, and the Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flow).
• Experience working in a SaaS environment and with Azure services (PaaS, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
• Proficiency with relational (SQL) and non‑relational databases; experience in Microsoft .NET Full Stack Development and Front‑End Development with HTML, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Comfortable bridging business, experience, and technology discussions; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
