Job description

Change Request (CR) Job Responsibilities

Collect and analyze requirements from the business unit (BU) operations team.

Review requirements with IT-SOC staff to establish a security-compliant solution.

Conduct risk assessments and collaborate closely with the BU team to prevent potential disruptions to manufacturing.

Develop proposals for review by the BU team.

Identify and resolve gaps between BU expectations and IT-SOC guidance.

Develop solution schematics and submit CRs for approval.

Establish rollback procedures to mitigate the impact of failed CR implementations.

Coordinate with Network and Infrastructure teams during CR implementation.

Supervise the implementation of each approved CR.

Validate CR effectiveness and process CR modifications with the IT-SOC team as needed.

Cybersecurity (CS) Compliance/Initiatives Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits of CS policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Ensure manufacturing network devices are CS compliant.

Supervise cross-functional teams to address vulnerabilities.

Work with the IT-SOC team to document and analyze new cybersecurity initiatives.

Estimate the projected cost and operational impact of each security initiative.

Present each initiative to the BU team for approval.

Collaborate with the IT-SOC team to resolve expectation gaps communicated by the BU team.

Develop solution schematics for each initiative and submit CRs for approval.

Coordinate with Network and Infrastructure teams during CR implementation.

Supervise the implementation of each approved CR.

Validate CR efficacy and process CR modifications with the IT-SOC team as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in:

  • Firewall controllers and configured policies
  • Cybersecurity compliance systems and policies

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics assembly.

Excellent written and spoken English skills.

IT-related security certifications are preferred.
