Job summary

PT. JASETIK TEKNOLOGI INFORMATIKA is seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Engineer to implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cybersecurity solutions for customers’ IT environments, networks, and systems.

You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver effective security solutions. Responsibilities include deploying firewalls, endpoint protection, IPS, SIEM, conducting security assessments, and supporting POC activities and technical proposals while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT infra, networking, cybersecurity, or technical support preferred; fresh grads with relevant knowledge welcome.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN).
• Familiarity with network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, IPS, SIEM).
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Install, configure, integrate, test, and troubleshoot cybersecurity products and systems.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and basic security audits.
• Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
