Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of work experience in IT security, networking, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, VPN, DLP, and IAM.
• Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP Top 10).
• Proficiency in incident analysis, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) are a plus.

PREFERRED

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA (governance & strategy).
• CEH, OSCP, GPEN (penetration testing & ethical hacking).
• CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty (cloud security).
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, Sentinel, QRadar).
• Previous experience working in enterprise‑scale organizations or highly regulated industries (banking, telecommunications, government).
