About the role

Are you an experienced Cyber Security Expert looking to join a dynamic and innovative organisation? We're seeking a Cyber Security Expert Manager to play a crucial role in safeguarding our organisation's digital assets at our East Jakarta, Jakarta office. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for leading our cyber security initiatives and ensuring the highest levels of protection against cyber threats.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies to mitigate risks and protect our information systems
• Lead a team of cyber security professionals and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cyber security function
• Continuously monitor and analyse the threat landscape, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing appropriate countermeasures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cyber security practices across the organisation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, technologies and best practices, and adapt our approach accordingly
• Provide strategic guidance and expert advice to senior management on all cyber security-related matters
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in cyber security, with a proven track record of leading successful security initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, frameworks, and best practices, including threat detection, incident response, and risk management
• Strong technical skills in areas such as network security, vulnerability management, and security monitoring and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
