Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a relevant technical field.
• A year of experience in an IT role, particularly with development SIEM.
• Understand Wazuh, Qradar and, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM cloud), and other SIEMs.
• Understand Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• Understand Linux/Unix system administration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

• Troubleshooting development issues in order to fix bugs or cve software or hardware components
• Providing technical support to clients in order to help them troubleshoot their own issues
• Working with clients to deployment plan that meets their needs
