  • Support sales and marketing teams' activities.

Summary of the Role

Coordinate’s activities of administration support in Sales and Marketing Department to support all operational activity of Sales and Marketing Department in E-Catalogue System by handling renewal & new products registration in LKPP/MOH under supervision of Business Unit Manager TIS & CV.

Key Functions / Responsibilities
  • Processing PO on E-Catalogue system by LKPP (coordination with Sales & Marketing Team and distributor as well, from receipt of order until issued final PO)
  • Communicate and coordinate with all distributors regarding E-Catalogue PO
  • Giving response and communicate with all customers regarding E-Catalogue PO, after confirmation with distributors
  • Receive customers complaints regarding their e catalogue PO
  • Give monthly report to BU Manager & Workplace Experience Manager and respective Manager about updates to E-Catalogue data sales
  • Update E-catalogue customer database
  • Provide any documents needed by business to support activity negotiation with LKPP/MOH when renewal & new products listing; cooperate with Logistic & RA/GA Team
  • Support sales team and marketing team for their activity (travel arrangement & transportation/ taxi arrangement for Upcountry)
  • Provide updated information on a daily basis regarding E-catalogue PO to PTTI Sales Team and distributor
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from Head of Dept. / Management
  • Follow PTTI Rules and Regulation
Education & Experience
  • Diploma’s / bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from business, economic, healthcare, or data science related
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow are also welcomed to apply
  • Experience with E-Catalogue would be highly preferred
  • Detail oriented – strong problem solving and critical thinking skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Good communication skills – excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Computer literate
  • Experience or familiarity with simple data analysis will be considered an advantage
