About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Customer Support Engineer to join our team to suppor advanced digital communication and cybersecurity systems used by government organizations.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related engineering fields, who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology and communicating clearly with clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, strong presentation and public-speaking skills, and the confidence to represent our technology in front of professional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for advanced communication and data systems.

Conduct training sessions and live demos for customers.

Assist in product demonstrations, customer presentations, and basic system setup and troubleshooting.

Communicate in clear, professional English and Bahasa—both written and spoken.

Help prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides in English and Bahasa.

Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to follow up on client requests.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing or support engineering role.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written). CV must specify TOEFL score or equivalent.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a dynamic environment.

Basic understanding of computer networks (IP, Wi-Fi, cellular) or system configuration is an advantage.
