Skills & Requirements
  • Have excellent English communication skills.
  • IT Literacy (Google family, Google sheet formulas, Data Scrapper, etc).
  • Ability to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high-level volume of work and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient typing and transcription.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic Research and Data collection skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Able to use Zendesk/Shopify is preferable.
  • Having CS background experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients/customers with their inquiries and complaints.
  • Identify issues.
  • Give the clients/customers information about the products and services.
  • Respond efficiently to client/customer inquiries.Provide excellent service standards.
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
  • Maintains the database by entering new and updated data regularly.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following procedures.

⚠️ Note: This position requires fluency in English, as it will be the primary language used for daily communication.
