Responsibilities
- Handling distributor inquiries through various channels (email, phone, chat, social media)
- Managing and processing distributor orders accurately in the system for every transaction
- Handling distributor or customer complaints and giving feedback to resolve issues
- Maintaining detailed records of distributor interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the CRM system
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Escalating complex customer issues to management
- Tracking customer feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Preparing reports on customer satisfaction metrics
- Identifying trends in customer needs and developing solutions
- Running weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly sales reports
- Coordinating with Supply Chain PIC to maintain forecast accuracy for stock of all segments
- Checking PO and supporting document details to match customer requests and company requirements
- Verifying PO for product descriptions, quantities, pricing and terms against quotations and agreements
- Proactively reminding customers to submit POs in a timely manner to prevent order processing delays
- Maintaining customer and order databases, updating contact, payment terms and product information
- Coordinating with engineers and supply chain to ensure all installation‑related supporting items are available ahead of the scheduled installation date
- Assisting in creating checklists and documentation for installation readiness
Requirements
- University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management
- 2 years’ experience as Customer Support/Service Administration in a trading company
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferably experience using an ERP program – minimum beginner level
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Good problem‑solving abilities, analytical skills and time management
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Preferably domicile in the Tangerang area
