Job description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with Big Data technologies or concepts such as analytics warehousing, data processing and transformation, data governance, data migration, ETL/ELT, SQL and NoSQL databases, performance, and batch versus streaming architectures.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience in technical sales or consulting in cloud computing, data analytics, or Big Data.
• Experience working with customer requirements, including breaking them down and designing corresponding technical architectures.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with aspects of cloud computing (infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data), and the cloud market, engaged dynamics, and customer buying behavior.
• Experience in delivering business analytics use cases within the banking or telco industry, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and insights generation.
• Experience with architecture design, implementation, tuning, schema design, query, and distributed systems.
• Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging ML architectures such as deep learning, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and techniques for load shedding and traffic management.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Bahasa Indonesia to support client relationships in this region.

As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will partner with technical Sales teams as a data analytics subject matter expert to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers. You will help prospective and existing customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business issues, engage in proofs-of-concept, and troubleshoot any technical questions and roadblocks related to database migrations, data back ends, and all aspects of the data lifecycle. You will use your experience and presentation skills to engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and present practical solutions on Google Cloud. You will require strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities related to data lifecycle management, understand customer objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
• Support the technical relationship with customers through data analytics, including technology advocacy, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaborating with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption.
• Identify business and technical requirements, conduct full technical discovery, and architect solutions to meet these requirements.
• Work directly with Google Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments.
• Prepare and deliver sales messaging to highlight the Google Cloud value proposition, using techniques such as whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and RFI responses.
