Job summary

A decorative surfaces supplier is looking for a Customer Service & Showroom Assistant to manage showroom operations and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring showroom presentation. Candidates should have a minimum of Senior High School education and be proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia. This role is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time applicants in Canggu, Bali.

Customer Service & Showroom Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Service & Showroom Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our showroom and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role combines and to support daily operations, engaging with customers, and handling basic administrative .

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the showroom is opened and closed punctually according to schedule
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle basic inquiries via phone and in person
  • Respond to basic inquiries via telephone and in-person
  • Prepare catalogs, product samples, and other promotional materials as needed
  • Record daily visitor information and support general administrative tasks
  • Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to the internal team
Requirements:
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in any field
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail
  • Open to both Full-Time and Part-Time applicants
  • Willing to work on weekends (half-day on Saturday)
  • Must be currently based in or willing to work in Canggu, Bali
